Schedule and confirm appointments and act as a liaison with tow truck drivers and customers; Coordinate seminars, conferences, and related events; Handle electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages to the appropriate department; Create daily and weekly reports on truck driver work assignments, and paperwork; Ensure adherence to office procedures and efficient implementation across the department, including training new staff; Assist the accounting department with accounts payable, invoices, and keep track of repair and maintenance; Perform and handle all administrative requests from senior managers; Assist with new queries and maintain contact lists
