Vista Stair and Handrail Ltd., established in 2011 and soon become one of the largest stair and handrail suppliers in GTA area for renovation companies, builders, and contractors. We are looking for an experienced Logistic Supervisor to join in our dynamic team.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise, plan, assign and review the activities of workers in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of products
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Conduct performance reviews
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Organize and maintain inventory
Qualifications:
- Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, economics, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related field.
- Two years of experience in Logistic coordinator/supervisor is required.
