Salary: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour for 30 to 45 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, provide menus, take orders, and assist with any inquiries or recommendations.
- Assembling simple dishes, such as sandwiches, salads, or desserts, and ensuring that food items are properly portioned and presented.
- Operating cash registers, processing payments, and accurately handling cash transactions. They also input orders into the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring the counter area is clean and organized, including surfaces, utensils, and equipment. They may also restock supplies and maintain inventory.
- Following food safety protocols and maintaining high standards of cleanliness to prevent contamination. Also, may monitor food temperatures, discard expired items, and ensure proper storage.
- Attendants provide friendly and efficient service, addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Communicating customer orders to the kitchen, ensuring timely preparation and delivery. Attendants may also assist in coordinating food pickup or delivery, as required.
Eligibility Requirements:
- No minimum education requirement
- Any experience will be an asset
- Strong verbal communication skills (English) are important to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Need to stand for long periods, carry trays or plates, and perform repetitive tasks. Having the physical stamina to handle these responsibilities is essential.
- Must adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards to ensure food safety and maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Having a friendly and customer-oriented attitude is crucial for providing excellent service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- One should be able to handle cash transactions, calculate bills, and make changes accurately.
