We are in the urgent need to hire for the role of Delivery Drivers Supervisor to supervise delivery drivers and ensure they adhere to designated delivery routes.

Tasks
• Supervise delivery drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and safe driving practices.
• Assign routes and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
• Train and mentor delivery drivers on company policies and procedures.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Manage driver schedules and handle any staffing issues or concerns.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues related to deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Implement cost-saving measures and optimize delivery routes.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline delivery processes and improve overall efficiency.
