                                              Janitor

Employer Name: Kanha Building Maintenance Inc

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Permanent

BENEFITS: As per Employment Standards Act; 10 days paid vacation

EXPERIENCE: No experience required, will train.

EDUCATION: No Education requirements.

WAGE RATE:22.10 per hour, 40 hours per week.

START DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: As soon as possible

Job Duties:

1. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scarps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
2. Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
3. Empty trash cans and other waste containers
4. Sweep, Mop, Scrub and wax hallways and parking areas.
5. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
6. Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
7. May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
8. Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment.

Essential skills:

1.   Candidate should be good at making independent decisions and problem solving.
