Skills Requirements
Education: completed post-secondary up to 2 years
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
Success-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Quick learner with the ability to adapt

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Work Experience:
Experience in similar position or other coordinator type experience from 2 years as a minimum
On the job training is available but candidate with experience will be given a priority
Experience with TMS is an asset
warehouse office (no windows), occasional loud noise due to forklifts, scissor lifts, etc.
Plan and coordinate various co-packing projects based on BOM product availabilities, including future production runs, for the assigned accounts
Communicate and maintain positive relationships with carriers, 3PL (third-party logistics) companies, customers, and other third-party vendors
Be the first point of contact and provide a superior customer service experience via phone and email
Generate the required documentation and provide instructions for the co-packing operations team to follow in accordance with 18 Wheels and customer instructions
Review each week’s projects, check the forecast, and proactively communicate findings and updated completion times to the customer
Control the inventory and consumption of co-packing materials according to the co-packing order and BOM
Conduct regular audits on assigned accounts to ensure accuracy to meet customer's needs and expectations
Bill and invoice customers in a timely manner based on pre-existing contracts
Effectively communicate with customers and carriers on any changes as necessary in a proactive manner
Organize and input orders into our WMS and monitor inventory levels of different SKUs on behalf of the Company’s customers
Coordinate and work with internal teams such as Transportation, IT, and Operations
Conduct regular audits on assigned accounts to ensure accuracy and reliability for an elevated customer experience and adherence to company KPIs
Resolve internal and external escalations by investigating the root cause and recommending solutions
Coordinate with supervisors/managers to create, update, and maintain SOPs
Monitor daily operations and ensure implementation of best practices
Contribute to business development by analysing logistical problems and proposing new solutions
Transportation/travel information
Own transportation is an asset
Valid driver's license is an asset
