Responsibilities: |
| Maintain and optimize company servers, networks, and related infrastructure. |
| Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data. |
| Perform system backups and recovery procedures. |
| Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives. |
| Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders. |

Requirements: |
| Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. |
| Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts. |
| Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies. |
| Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. |
| Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. |
