Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, install and configure software and hardware, and ensure smooth IT operations.

 

Responsibilities:

Respond to technical support requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.
Perform software upgrades and system updates as necessary.
Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of IT inventory.
Provide training and support to end users on IT systems and applications.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
