Salary: $19.85 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut carcasses, sides and quarters according to Customers' orders
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Sell meats to customers
- Grind Meats
- Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
- Prepare special displays of meats and poultry products
- Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats and poultry
- Maintain sales records for inventory control and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
- Maintain inventory of supplies
- Adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and food safety standards
