Salary: 20.00 to 22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37.5 to 44 hours per Week

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers.
- Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs and taking children to local points of interest.
- Support early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
- Engage children in activities by telling stories, preparing crafts.
- Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits.
- Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavior programs and guide their parents & supervisor.
- Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children.
- Observe activities of children while playing.
- Engage and work collaboratively as a team member with all the staff of the daycare centre.
- Maintain regular and open communication with peers and discuss the progress, issue with the Early childhood educator.
