Job description:
Wage: $25.00 per hour (full-time position; 40 hours per week)
Location of Work: Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Province of Ontario
Job Description:
- Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment.
- Operate machines and prepare siding material for installation
- Assist in inspecting the various components of siding installation to ensure that they are installed correctly.
- Operate, maintain and assist with repairs.
- Perform other activities at construction sites as directed.
- Perform any and all other tasks which are assigned by management.
- To be health & safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment.
Job Requirements:
- Some experience in construction an asset
- Physical strength to handle heavy loads
- Physically demanding work; bending, crouching, kneeling; repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye co-ordination
- Organization and cleanliness
- Overtime required
