Position: Food Services Supervisor
Location: Wasaga Beach, ON, L9Z 0B6 (On-site)
Salary: $17.00/hour, 30 hours per week
Type: Permanent, full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Education:
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent diploma (1-2 years program)
- Equivalent experience also considered
Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Workplace:
On-site work required. No remote option.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to odours
- Wet/damp conditions
Key Responsibilities
- Establish work schedules and methods to meet operational needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise staff in food preparation and portioning
- Train team members in duties, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
- Hire and onboard food service staff
- Ensure food quality and service meet high standards
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Submit reports and maintain work schedules
