Position: 1 (One)

Work Setting: Restaurant

Job Type: Full Time and Permanent (30 – 40 hours a week)

Wages: $ 19.75 per hour and all other benefits are as per Canadian law

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Job requirements: -

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 Months to less than 1 year

Ability to Supervise: 5-7 people

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure food service and quality control
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Establish work schedules and procedures

Workers Supervised: Kitchen and food service helpers; Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast paced environment; Work under pressure; Combination of sitting, walking, standing for extended periods; physical demanding
