Job description:
1 Full Time Permanent Position of Restaurant Supervisor (NOC 62020) position available at 9423222 CANADA INC.O/A MR SUB located at 1726 Lakeshore Rd West, Mississauga, Ontario L5J 1J5
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules,
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food,
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures,
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies,
- Hire food service staff,
- Ensure food service and quality control,
- Prepare budget and cost estimates,
- Address customers' complaints or concerns,
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage,
- Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef,
- Supervise and check assembly of trays,
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys,
- Establish work schedule
Requirements:
Secondary School Completion.
Minimum 6 months experience
Compensation:
$ 18 / hour, 30 to 35 hours a week
