Job Description:
- Accounts Payable including payroll, reimbursements, deductions, bonuses and vendor bill payments
- Accounts Receivable including invoicing and chasing down receivables past due
- Oversee WCB, taxes and business insurance
- Edit, maintain and create standard operating procedures, forms and reports
- Pull reports and update our sales, production, budget and cashflow plans
- Oversee office inventory, maintenance and repairs
- Key holder responsibilities for both office and banking
- Assist in plan administration for group insurance
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliation
- Complete monthly and fiscal year end closures
