We are looking for an energetic individual for the position of Administrative Assistant . We are located at 12430 76 Avenue Surrey, BC .This job position will be permanent, full time,40 hours per week.
The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be:
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages,
Answer electronic enquiries
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents,
Ability to multitask, Client focus, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Reliability, Team player
What we are offering:
$29 per hour
4% vacation pay
Requirements of the position:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
English as a language skill is required
Minimum one year of related work experience is required
