Job Description:
- Give advice to the clients for their hairstyle choices.
- Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
- Shampooing, cutting, trimming, coloring, styling and highlighting hair by using professional equipment.
- Performing scalp treatments and applying hair extensions.
- Producing desired hair color effect by bleaching, dyeing and tinting hair as stated by the clients.
- Maintain professional and friendly customer approach.
- Provide excellent services to clients to ensure return visits.
- Recommend hair care products and their benefits to the customers.
- Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
- Train new hires if required.
- Overseeing appointments, managing bookings and serving walk-ins.
- Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Post secondary education in hair styling and/ or 1 year of experience in the same field is required.
