We operate 24 x 7 hence to attend high volume of customer footfall and to maintain our operation and provide effective services in the timely manner we are hiring for Full time / Permanent Position for “Retail Store Supervisor” at our retail store.

 

Our Store located at – 295 Wellington St., Bracebridge, ON – P1L 1P3

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, coordinate, and assess the operations of businesses involved in retail sales or other specific departments. 
  • Manage staff members and delegate responsibilities. 
  • Analyze market research and trends to identify consumer needs, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors on sales. 
  • Decide on the products and services to offer and establish pricing.
  • Find and negotiate with suppliers as needed to obtain merchandise for resale. 
  • Create and execute marketing strategies. 
  • Prepare budgets, authorize spending, and track revenue. 
  • Assess and enhance customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. 
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and employee retention.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Secondary school or equivalent
  • Computer skills including outlook, excel, word etc.
  • Time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, able to effectively transfer information to customers and colleagues while making them feel comfortable and motivated
