Job Duties:
- Interpret and discuss work orders with the Service Advisor.
- Perform a wide range of vehicle services and modifications, including brake repairs, suspension system and alignment.
- Test the functionality of vehicles and plan repair procedures to ensure smooth functioning of vehicles.
- Use diagnostic procedures and tools such as inspection, road testing, electrical and electronic test equipment, precision measuring equipment, meters, and gauges to accurately diagnose and isolate malfunctions or other customer concerns.
- Perform basic auto maintenance tasks including oil changes, lubrication, adjustment, inspection, and replacement of filters, fluids, and wear items.
- Store and retrieve vehicles by driving and parking vehicles.
- Document repairs performed on completed customer service orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide necessary service quotation for any additional repairs.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Post- secondary education or a minimum one year of work experience in same field is required.
