Job Responsibilities:
- Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
- Design, develop and implement information systems business solution
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and services delivery
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
- Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information system
- Resolve conflict situations, Java Script Object Notation (JSON), and Robotic Process Automation
- Usability testing, operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication system tests

Job requirements:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent for foreign graduates
- Analyst has the following Certifications: Associate Computing. Certified Cloud Professional, Certified OpenStack Administrator, Certifies Software Quality Analyst, VMware Certified Professional and Information Systems Professional
- Has Work experience of a minimum of 2 years
- Must provide a criminal record check and bondable
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
