Job Title: Tissue Culture Lab Technician
Location of Work: Same as Business Address.
Wage: $24 per hour
Job Type: Full time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Job Duties
- Assist in conducting tests and analyzing plant performance/research on plant tissue culture media.
- Assemble selected tissues for production.
- Set-up of equipment to conduct tests and ensure safe operating procedures for the autoclave and laminar flow hood.
- Assist in performing experiments, conduct analysis and to implement the quality improvements.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while completing repetitive tasks for lengthened period.
- Work at high level of speed, precision, and accuracy during full micropropagation.
- Assists with research and analysis to provide customers with disease free plants.
- Aid the Company with our research goals.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensures a clean working environment and highest standards of hygiene in the laboratory.
Job Requirements:
- A post-secondary completed education is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial agriculture or working in a tissue culture lab is required.

- Ability to sit for long periods of time without distraction or communication with others.
- Ability to withstand consistent tasks for long periods of time.
