Job duties
- Oversee administrative, and clerical support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability and evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Organize and facilitate workflow to ensure a productive workplace.
- Develop and implement new policies and processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
- Manage/Order inventory of supplies and equipment when needed.
- Oversee expenditures to manage the company's budget.
- Maintain records and databases of employee information and company operations.
- Assign work tasks, create schedules, and manage calendars.
Position Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- Education in business or administrative field would be an asset but not mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
