Trusted Truck Sales Inc. located at 16574 Steeles Avenue, Hornby, Ontario, L0P 1E0 requires 1 Administrative Assistant on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 28.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. JOB DUTIES - Administrative Assistant
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and faxing.
- Organize and schedule appointments for the president and follow up to confirm.
- Assist operations staff with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources.
- Assist accounting staff in general bookkeeping, preparing reconciliation and sales reports.
- Maintain record of inventory and order office supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls, regularly open electronic mails and coordinate with other departments for flow of information
- Perform data entry and scan documents pertaining to daily administrative procedures.
- Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the business.
