We, Sol & Bi Enterprises Corporation o/a SNB Ferry Café are looking for 2 full-time and permanent Café Supervisors to assist our business. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Job Title: Café Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage & Benefit: C$20.00/hr based on 30-36 hrs/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: At least 1- 2 years experience in related fields or completion of a college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related disciplines.
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Maintain records of repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
- May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
