Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week with potential of overtime
Benefits: Extended Health Benefits offered include a variety of group packages, such as: extended medical benefits (drug prescription, physiotherapy, etc.), vision, and dental benefits. For participating employees, Emperor Concierge pays 50% and the employee 50% of the cost of their monthly Extended Health Benefits Package.
Salary: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Job Duties:
- Perform variety of concierge services prescribed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Supervise, coordinate, assign and review the work of concierge services clerks
- Hire and train staff in concierge job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
- Requisition supplies and materials.
- Supervise and direct all staff during after hours emergency situations, including fire calls, equipment failures, police, ambulance presence, etc.
- Maintain familiarity with the Strata Bylaws and Rules and advise residents when they may be acting contrary to these Bylaws and Rules
- Advise the Property Manager when a notice of Bylaw or Rule violation may be appropriate and log the same through the web portal (if applicable), generally resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit reports
- Maintain updated records of all residents including all suite occupants, fob numbers, suite phone numbers, parking stall numbers, locker numbers, etc.
- Issue remote control devices (fobs and remotes) to residents and grant building access to residents without their fobs if the Concierge is familiar with the resident or if the Concierge verifies the resident’s personal information
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- Keep basic knowledge of the building common equipment and their proper function and handling for all buildings under your care
- Be familiar with all emergency procedures and services along with the proper operation of mechanical equipment, such as fire panel, elevators, natural gas, water and sprinkler shut offs’.
- Maintain up to date Concierge duties and procedures to ensure a high level of service and security is provided to the residents and visitors of the Strata Corporation
