DCS Technologies is looking for a Support Services Manager. It is a full-time, permanent position in Sicamous BC.
The Support Services Manager will be responsible for:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day support activities of the Technology Support team.
Develop and monitor Technology Support processes and tools to ensure proper handling and remediation of all issues raised to the Service Desk to ensure incidents and requests are fulfilled within time.
Provide strategic guidance on the implementation and execution of team initiatives.
Communicate performance expectations to team members and address any deficiencies promptly.
Manage and maintain an asset inventory of all workstations.
Coordinate asset replacement schedules to ensure equipment stays up-to-date and operates effectively.
Manage software licensing and installations.
Train and develop Technology Support team members in all areas of job responsibilities, including software and related updates.
Develop and maintain trusted, positive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
We offer Wage $50.00/hour for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in the field.

Understands Information Technology and telecommunication programs and tools.
