We are looking for Data Entry Agents to join our remote team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms. This role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into databases and software systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized records and files.
Assist in generating reports as needed.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
Follow data management protocols and ensure confidentiality.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or concerns.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
