Experience: 1-2 years in the same or related industry.

Main Duties:
- Carry out administrative duties and ensure achievement of all RV Park objectives according to quality standards.
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Carry out administrative duties of the establishment.
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Comply with RV Park and hotel rules and regulations for the safe and efficient operation of Hotel facilities.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and follow all the procedures.
- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Maintain office lease, office equipment, office supplies
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
