- Salary $28.50 / hour
- Vacancies: 2 position
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time work of 40 hrs/week

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: About1 year to less than 2 years of direct and demonstrable experience of making popular Indian sweets on a commercial scale.

SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Prepare and cook different kinds of popular Indian sweets such as, but not limited to:
Laddu, Kheer, Gulab Jamun, Gajar ka Halwa, Rasgulla, Kaju Barfi, Kulfi, Jelebi, Ras Malai, Sweet Lassi, Faluda Kulfi, Boondi, Khoya, Paneer & paneer sweets
- Assist in introducing new sweets to the menu.
- Able to make large quantities of sweets for the sweet shop and for catering.
- Monitor, estimate and order the daily supplies required for sweet making.
- Train and supervise staff in preparation, cooking and handling of sweet dishes.
- Inspect Kitchens and Food Service Areas.
- Clean Kitchen and work areas.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers,
- Manage kitchen operations
