Mc Mosa Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Financial to join our dynamic team. As a leading player in our industry, we are committed to excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

 

Main duties

This group performs some or all of the following duties:

  • Coordinate the creation and sharing of financial reports periodically
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, models and systems
  • Make sure an organization complies with financial regulations and tax laws
  • Manage the budget and financial planning processes to maximize an organization’s revenue
  • Create profitability standards and handle mergers and acquisitions
  • Promote process improvements in several aspects of the budget
  • Attend training sessions to learn industry trends, discover investment opportunities, and understand how to use the latest financial software
  • Manage, direct, and control daily processes
  • Provide adequate support to finance and accounting teams
  • Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
  • Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources effectively to support organizational objectives.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on its behalf.
  •  Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.

Employment requirements

  • A university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.
