Hoi Fu Seafood (Henlong Market) is a renowned provider of fresh and quality seafood. We are dedicated to delivering the best to our customers and are looking for an Apprentice Butcher to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: Apprentice Butcher

Company: Hoi Fu Seafood

Location: 14351 104 Ave Surrey, BC V3T 1Y1

Wage: C$25 per hour; 40 hours per week

Vacation Pay: 4% of gross salary

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Language: No required

Responsibilities:

• Cut, trim, and prepare various meats and seafood
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management
• Follow health and safety standards
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Support other butchers as needed

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle knives and heavy equipment safely
• Basic knowledge of meat and seafood preparation is an asset but not required
