Chateau Developments Ltd. is looking for two Drywall Installers for full-time permanent positions. Following is the job description,

Job title: Drywall Installer

Number of Positions: 2

Start date of employment: As soon as possible

Wages: $30.50/hour, 40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
• Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
• Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife
• Spray acoustic materials or texture finish over walls and ceilings
• Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
• Prepare Wall and ceiling Layouts
• Estimate costs and materials

Requirements:

• Secondary Education required
• 3+ Year of Experience Required
• Language-English

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Bending, crouching, kneeling

Physically demanding
