Currently, we are hiring safety-driven, and reliable Long-Haul Truck Drivers for Canada/USA runs as our fleet is increasing to meet the growing demand for logistics.

Position: Long Haul Truck Driver

Job Type: Full-Time; Permanent 
Salary: $ 29.50 per hour

Number of positions: 4
Work location: Various locations in Calgary, Alberta, and need to drive truck across various locations in Canada and USA.
Start date: As soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and Drive Tractor-Trailer to transport goods and materials over long distances.
• Plan trip logistics and obtain required documentation to transport goods.
• Perform pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspection of vehicle systems, equipment, and accessories such as tires, lights, turning signals, brakes, and cold storage.
• Ensure cargo is secured properly in accordance with safety requirements and follow safety procedures for transporting goods.
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption and prepare trip envelope.
• Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management.
• Record rest periods, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with supervisor/dispatcher and customers to organize routing and delivery schedules.

Job Requirements

• Class 1 or A driver’s license or equivalent.
• Air brake endorsement.
• Experience as a long-haul truck driver would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
