We are a pub located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Known as the place to go before and after local sporting events and one of the hottest spots in the city on Thursday and Friday nights. We strive to be the neighbourhoods spot for diversity in food and drinks under a casual and welcoming atmosphere.

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee, Supervise, and coordinate the activities of kitchen and bar staff, ensuring efficient operation of food and beverage preparation.
- Train staff on job responsibilities including customer service, menu, hygiene, safety protocols etc.
- Establish and manage work schedules of staff and define SOPs for them, factoring sporting event schedules and other events to ensure adequate staffing during pre to post sports events and other high traffic restaurant hours.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for the pub, ensuring a well-stocked inventory that meets the demands of both regular dining and game day specials.
- Participate in the hiring process of service staff, ensuring a good mix of skills to enhance both the dining and sports viewing/thematic side of the experience at the restaurant.
- Ensure food service and quality control standards are met, overseeing both meal and beverage quality, with an emphasis on presentation and prompt service.
- Requisition inventory based on demand forecasting for both regular operations and promotional events including sporting or other seasonal/festive events.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction, balancing the needs of regular diners and sports fans to maintain a high-quality dining and beverage experience.
- Keep detailed records of inventory, transactions, and waste, optimizing resource management and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with the chef to prepare food order summary including any dietary restrictions and Dietary preferences of customers.
- Oversee the presentation and delivery of food, ensuring timely service to all tables, including attention to sports broadcasting areas to enhance the game-day atmosphere or the specific event being held at the restaurant.
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of related experience is required.
- Minimum 18 years old in age
