Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

Rate of pay: $42.00 per hour
Overtime: 1.5 times the normal rate as per provincial regulations.
Benefits Package: 4% vacation pay will be paid each payday on a bi-weekly basis,

Hours: 35 - 40 hrs. per week

Minimum Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Job Duties:
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule the work of various subcontractors and tradespeople
- Ensure all work is completed according to the project's timeline, within building codes, health and safety regulations, and project specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards
- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain high standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for workers
- Monitor the use of resources to minimize waste and control costs
- Prepare and submit reports on project status, safety, and any incidents or accident
- Make quick decisions to keep the project on track and within budget
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and up-to-date
- Keep track of all changes to project plans and specifications
