Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers' activities, ensuring effective team performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations by assigning duties and preparing work schedules.
  • Authorize payments and returns of merchandise, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
  • Maintain specified inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to support sales activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Hire, train, or arrange for the training of new sales staff, and monitor and report on their performance to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure the store's visual standards and image are maintained, including store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with key holding and managerial responsibilities, including managing escalated complaints, creating marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns in consumer behavior for implementing purchasing strategies moving forward.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered to customers, including espresso machines, coffee, and service/parts.
  • Implement incentive programs to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work jointly with team members to close sales, cross-sell, and upsell products and services.
  • Negotiate more favorable rates and delivery times with vendors to improve cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
  • Perform other job duties as required.

 

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.                                                           
  • To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action.
  • Excellent supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals.
  • Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
