We are seeking two motivated Truck/Trailer Mechanic Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the automotive repair industry. You will assist our experienced mechanics in maintaining and repairing trucks and trailers, ensuring our fleet remains in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mechanics with routine maintenance tasks and repairs on trucks and trailers.
- Perform basic inspections and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Document service and repair activities accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
What We Offer:
- $23.00/hr and overtime of $34.50 /hr exceeding 40 hrs/week
- 4% vacation pay
- Stat holiday pay
