1997 Nail Bar is looking for a talented and experienced Nail Technician to fill a full-time role within our vibrant team. This position provides a collaborative and creative environment where skill enhancement is highly supported. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various nail services, playing a key role in the continued success and growth of 1997 Nail Bar. The working location is at Aura Concourse Shopping Mall, P1 Level, Unit 66-384 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 1S8. The candidate is required to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. The qualified candidate will have at least one year of experience in nail services. The qualified candidate must be able to communicate in English language.
Experience and Qualifications:
? Proven expertise in a range of nail services, including basic manicures and pedicures, as well as advanced techniques such as gel polish, acrylics, bio gel, dipping powder, and GelX.
? Strong knowledge of hygiene and public health standards, particularly regarding the sanitation of tools and equipment.
? In-depth understanding of nail anatomy and nail diseases, with the ability to educate clients on these topics.
? Strong communication skills used to build lasting client relationships.
? Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, including nail consultations.
? Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems, managing bookings and client appointments efficiently.
Responsibilities:
? Perform a variety of nail services from basic care to specialized treatments, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
? Uphold strict sanitation protocols, sterilizing all equipment and tools before and after each use, and maintaining a clean work environment.
? Manage client appointments effectively using POS systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimal wait times.
? Conduct detailed consultations to understand client preferences and provide tailored service recommendations.
? Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to enhance the longevity of their nail treatments.
? Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe and welcoming salon atmosphere.
? Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in nail technology to continuously offer innovative services and advice.

Compensation:
