Ocean Park Nails is located in Surrey, B.C..  We provide exclusive nails services, facials, body massage, waxing, threading, tinting and eyelash extensions. To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Nail Salon Supervisor.

We offer: C$21.50/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school.
• Previous working experience in Nails Salon is an Asset.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, assign, and organize the daily operation of the Nails Spa.
• Manage everyday operations of the spa including opening and closing procedures, staff performance, and customer intake procedures.
• Order and manage inventory of nail materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate and organize the work shifts for Nail Technicians, may perform the duties of workers supervised.
• Monitor the quality of the service, assist clients with special needs, and resolve work-related issues such as customer complaints and handling emergency situations.
• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage online booking appointments.
• Assist in hiring and training new staff.
