Job Description:
• Coordinate with other staff members & departments to develop and maintain an effective operational structure.
• Resolve work-related issues & undertake office management and administration.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, assigning, and disciplining employees.
• Supervise, delegate, and assess the tasks of clerks involved in activities such as document preparation, record maintenance, telephone
and switchboard operation, data input, desktop publishing, and other general office and administrative responsibilities
• Prepare and submit reports, compile data & keep track of the company’s progress.
• Manage the ordering and replenishment of office supplies and materials to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Supervise & evaluate the performance of workers and provide them with constructive feedback.
• Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, workplace safety protocols, and company policies to ensure compliance and
efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with the company rules and regulations.
• Perform the same clerical or administrative duties as the staff when required.
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education or/and a minimum of 6 months experience in the field is required.
