Western British Columbia Polytechnic College is looking for an executive assistant to join our team.

 

Job Requirements:

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1-2 years

Computer and technology knowledge: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word

Personal suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Reliability, Hardworking.

 

Job Duties:

  • Compile data to prepare documents,
  • Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures,
  • Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports,
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports,
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings,
  • Conduct research,
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and administer contracts and other documents,
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

 

 

Terms of employment: Permanent position

Salary: $31.20/hour

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Work Location: 202-5811 Cooney Road, Richmond, BC, V6X 3M1
