SMB Janitorial Services is seeking full time Construction Cleaners to join its team as soon as possible.

Job Title: Construction Cleaner

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $ 34.62 per hour
Work timings: 2 PM to 10 PM every day (5 days a week)
Anticipated start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Surrey, BC, and various other job sites in Lower Mainland (BC) area as per the company’s contracts with its clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
- Wiping down surfaces, including desks, counters, and walls.
- Emptying trash cans and recycling bins.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevators.
- Replacing paper products, such as paper towels and toilet tissue.
- Reporting any damages, maintenance needs, or supplies needs to the appropriate person.
- Following safety procedures, including the use of protective equipment and the proper handling of cleaning products.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- No experience required. We will train.
- No language required.
