Position: Cook (NOC 63200)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Weekend, Day, Evening shift if required.

Primary Business Location: 510 Fort Street, Victoria, BC, V8W1E6

Work Location: 510 Fort Street, Victoria, BC, V8W1E6

Wage Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Language: English

Education:  High School Certification                            

Experience: 6 months or more of experience is required

Positions Available: 2

DUTIES:

• Prepare and cook cuisine from the menu such as assorted sashimi, sushi, rolls, bento boxes, tempura, teriyaki, rice bowls, noodles, etc.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Supervise kitchen helpers

• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• May clean kitchen and work area

Working Conditions: Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks
