Liquid Rock Concrete Construction & Design Ltd., based in Vancouver, BC is focused on delivering a superior level of quality workmanship to its clients. We are currently looking for 1 Construction Site Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible.

Position: Construction Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time; Permanent

Number of Positions: 1

Salary: $32.00 per hour

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Work locations: Various locations in Vancouver BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per the company’s work contracts with its clients.

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in all type of Concrete work in our new construction projects and renovation projects.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and, coordinate work activities with other subcontractors.
• Resolve work related problems and, implement measures to improve productivity and work quality.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Monitor work progress for each project.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Prepare work progress reports.

Job requirements:

• Completion of secondary school required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar trade is required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
