We are looking to hire an office administrator for our Engineering firm in Surrey. Candidate should be self-motivated, able to perform with accuracy in pressured environments, having good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and can manage multiple tasks and responsibilities at a time.
Key roles and responsibilities
Provide general office support as directed.
Provide general office admin task such as answering all phone calls, creating and maintaining staff rosters.
Co-ordinate between the staff members and the client to schedule, organise and host meetings using different platforms like Zoom, Blue Jeans, google meet and Microsoft team.
Prepare invoices, record the account receivable and payable and follow up on the unpaid accounts after 30 days.
Monthly account reconciliation
As a successful applicant you should
Have excellent knowledge on how to use Microsoft suite (Excel, word, power point etc)
Be good with numbers
Possess a friendly attitude and neat appearance
Must have hands on experience and knowledge to work on at least one of accountant software’s and packages.
Be open to learn new skills.
Education:
Completion of secondary school is required.
A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration may be required.
Experience: 1-2 Years
