Mangat and family are looking for a full time Caretaker. The nature of the caregiver should be caring, loving, responsible, and patient; can look after our 3 children who are 5 Years 11 year old and 13 Year old. The caregiver will be working at our residence located in Surrey, BC, V3V 6J8

Education: Completion of Secondary (High) School or equivalent. Course in Child Care will be an asset.
Work Setting: Employer’s Home
Wage: C$20.00/ hr
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year

Job duties
- Oversee and monitor the children in the parent’s absence at the employer’s home.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children according to the instructions.
- Take full responsibility for the home in the absence of the parents.
- Clean the room of the child and do laundry as per the instructions of the employer.
- Discipline children according to the parents specified methods.
- Picking up children form school and assisting them in their studies.
- Ensure clean and healthy home environment and teaching them personal Hygiene.
- Promote hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of the house.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children,
- Escorting them to medical appointments.
- May need to perform light housekeeping duties.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support his social development.
Please note no smoking is allowed in or around our house and we seek strictly a non-smoking person.
WAGES & BENEFITS:
- Full time and permanent position, works 40 hrs. per week
- Vacation pay of 4% of wages per year or 10 days paid vacation.
