We are a vibrant family-owned Canadian restaurant, serving up a wide variety of delicious foods including pizza, burgers, donairs, shawarma, Texas fried chicken, and more. Our restaurant offers dine-in, pickup, and delivery, with a play area available for family bookings. We are passionate about providing great food and service, and we are looking to expand our team with an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Manager.

Work Location: 1105 10 St, Wainwright, AB T9W 1E3

Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible

Position available: 1

Wage: $35.50 - $36.50 per hour (Depending on working Experience)

Work Hours: 30 hours per week

Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay or 10 Business Days of Paid Vacation

Responsibility:

• Direct and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer experience
• Design and implement operational procedures to maintain consistency and improve service quality
• Responsible for recruitment, oversee employees, develop training programs, and nurture a culture of collaboration and performance
• Create effective work schedules and evaluate team performance to achieve operational goals
• Oversee inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust pricing or processes to align with business objectives
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly
• Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients and supplies
• Manage catering services or facility bookings for events such as banquets or special gatherings

Qualification:

• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
• Proven 2- 3 years’ experience in restaurant management or a leadership role in food service
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of English
