Job description:
One of the busiest Japanese restaurants, 1188789 BC Ltd (dba. Sushi Mori Japanese Restaurant) located at beautiful Surrey, BC is currently looking for qualified full time Sushi cooks.
1) Position: Sushi cook (available: 2)
- Wage: $20/hour
- Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Working hours: 40 hours/week
- Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income, gratuities
2) Job requirements:
- 1~2 years of cooking experience in relevant area
- Completion of Secondary school
- Language at work: English
3) Job duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Japanese food and sushi items on the menu
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
