Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
Train and develop cleaning staff to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned timely and thoroughly.
Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints related to cleaning services.
Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that cleaning staff are working in a safe environment.
Prepare reports and maintain records of cleaning operations and staff performance for review by management.

Pay rate:
$36 per hour
Education and Work experience:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1 -2 years work experience is an asset.
