Job Title: Liquor Store Supervisor
1297155 BC Ltd. O/A The Old Mill Beer & Wine is currently hiring a Liquor Store Supervisor for Permanent, full-time position to join the team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate sales staff
- Assign duties to sales staff and prepare work schedules
- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
- Implementing marketing strategies and signing for deliveries.
Requirements
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years
Language: English
Salary: $24.52/hour for 35-40 hours per week
